Why are there no prices listed?

We know — it’s annoying to have to contact us for pricing. It’s not a ploy to get your information or make the buying process difficult. Many manufacturers mandate dealers & retailers to list product prices at minimum advertised prices (MAP Price).  Vancouver Electronics sales staff have the ability to significantly discount most product prices below our online advertised prices especially when purchasing multiple products.

How are your prices lower than the big box stores?

The big box stores have more overhead than us — simple as that. It costs a lot of money to have hundreds of employees, big stores, management, insurances, etc. The consumer in-directly pays for these costs. We, on the other hand, intentionally have very little overhead. We have the ability to pass the savings along to the customer.

What does MSRP mean?

The manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) is the price that a product’s manufacturer recommends it be sold for at the point of sale.

What are your quotes based on?

Volume really. The more that is purchased the deeper discounts we can give. That being said, even if you are looking for 1 item we are still almost always able to beat out the big box stores.

Do you sell to everyone?

We do indeed! General contractors, homeowners, tradespeople, and anyone else are welcome to receive a quote from us.

Are the items warrantied?

They are! All purchases will be warrantied with the manufacturer and the time frames can be found on their websites. Typically most manufacturers warranty their items for 1 year though.

Are the items brand new?

All items are brand new and factory sealed. We have never opened them and we do not deal with open-box items.

Can I return the item?

Unfortunately, we are not set up to handle returns. All sales are final. More details here: Refund and Returns Policy.

Do you charge tax?

Yes, we remit PST to the provincial government and GST to the federal government. All items we sell are GST + PST (there are no GST only items).

Do you have a store I can visit?

We do not have a physical store nor showroom you can visit. We operate only online and provide local deliveries. This is all part of keeping operating costs low to provide the best pricing.

Do you deliver?

We provide local delivery only that requires a signature. On occasion clients wish to pickup at a mutually agreeable point which is also fine. More details here: Shipping & Deliveries.

Where do you deliver to?

We currently only operate in the GVRD (Greater Vancouver Regional District) and deliver to Anmore, Belcarra, Bowen Island, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Delta, City of Langley, Township of Langley, Lions Bay, Maple Ridge, New Westminster, City of North Vancouver, District of North Vancouver, Pitt Meadows, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Richmond, Squamish, Surrey, Tsawwassen, Vancouver, West Vancouver, White Rock, & Whistler.

What are the payment options?

We accept e-transfer if you wish to pay for your order before delivery. In person (at time of delivery) we accept debit, cash, bank drafts, business cheques, or credit cards. To mitigate against fraud we only accept credit cards in person with the physical card present.

Do you provide installation options?

We do! Under our affiliate installation company: DynamicTech Electronic Services Ltd.
